We have our own accommodation especially for our students. 'Montanita Eco Cabanas'. They are located in a very nice, quiet and tranquil area, yet just 3 minutes walk to the school, 2 minutes walk to the beach or 2 minutes to the centre of Montanita.
The Eco Cabanas are very spacious, come fully equipped with private bathrooms, large beds, hammocks and  fans. There is a large communal area, big kitchen, large swimming pool and Jacuzzi!

We have made a big effort to be ecologically friendly. This includes much of the building materials been ecologically friendly, recycled water to feed our large and growing garden (please bring biodegradable soap and shampoo if possible), solar outside lighting, rainwater collection for swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a recycling system, all to help the environment.

Our accommodation is a perfect combination of location, quietness and luxury!

Cabanas! (seven only)
They are large and extremely attractive. Full ensuite (private bathroom) facilities. Single or double occupancy, and therefore perfect for those solo, couples or when with a friend.
Our Student weekly price $105 single per week. Second person $70 per week (matrimonial or separate beds available).
(NB: Normal  rate (non students or less than a week) $20 per night single. $30 per night double)

Cabanas with kitchen. (two only)
We have one cabana, a little larger than most of the others, that has been outfitted with a kitchen. Great for a couple wishing to do their own cooking in private. Tastefully decorated.
Our Student weekly price $120 single per week. Double $75 extra per week (matrimonial or separate beds available).
(NB: Normal  rate (non students or less than a week) $23 per night single. $35 per night double)

Suite/Family apartment. (one only)
Large, air con apartment on site. Large kitchen, private bathroom. this is perfect for those wanting space, or a family.
Our Student weekly price $210 per week (single or family up to five persons)
(NB: Normal  rate (non students or less than a week) $45 per night single. $60 per night double)

Shared Mini Dorm
These are large, private and quiet. A maximum of only four per dorm allows you plenty of space. They are perfect for the traveller on a low budget!

Alternative Accommodation
We have several other good options close to the school and the beach that we regularly use for our students.

House near the beach
One only available. Just one  back from the beach, with some views from the main upstairs room. This is very quiet, situated very close to town (but without the noise) the beach break is directly in front, and very close to the point break. A perfect location! One bedroom, large lounge, and huge balcony, it is a great place to relax.  Full kitchen. Constructed completely of wood it has the Montanita feel to it, and catches the nice sea breezes.
Price: $280 per week, minimum stay one week (total price, for one or two persons)

Bungalow near the beach
Basic but comfortable. Totally private and just one house back from the beach. also situated close to town, the beach break directly in front, and just a short stroll to the point break. A perfect location, and very quiet and private. Private bathroom.
Price: Only $14 per night one person, $8 per night second person (matrimonial bed)

Home Stay
With your Ecuadorian host family you have the opportunity to be fully immersed in Ecuadorian life. It is important to understand the families are quite poor and wont have the conveniences you will be used to. It is full immersion in Ecuadorian life.  There will be flush toilet and your bed. Most often you will be roomed by yourself but sometimes you will  to share your room for short periods. The families are very friendly but the facilities are basic by western standard. Most families only speak Spanish, so its a great opportunity to really practice your Spanish and become immersed. the families wish for you to become involved in their Ecuadorian lifestyle, but also respect your privacy. We carefully choice our families, and they are active member of the local community.
Price: $108 per week including two meals per day.
